Quick post and a quick workout really. Felt pretty tired…for about 5 minutes after and really felt it burning during. Definately slowed down each round aswell. Must. Get. Better.

5 rounds for time:

– 10x burpees
– 10x press ups
– 10x sit ups
– 10x mountain climbers each side

Complete time was 06:00:32 (minutes that is)
Round 1 : 01:02
Round 2 : 01:05
Round 3 : 01:16
Round 4 : 01:17
Round 5 : 01:18

I can improve and I will 🙂
